  • zPDT provides nearly complete emulation of all of the zEC12 architecture under Linux at a price point that can be compelling for organizations ranging from the large ISV down to two guys and a garage.  The speakers will cover configuration, deployment, networking, and backup of zOS under zPDT.  Come and hear how one user leveraged zPDT and how his efforts allowed his company to rationally and economically manage a squadron of zPDT systems for a test bed environment. The next user is an adopter of the RD&T technology to run z/OS, and will explain his business case, as well as his setup and experiences along the way.
