Business Communication Skills: An Introduction to Reading Body Language

This session will teach the basic building blocks of understanding and being able to read body language.  Attendees will first learn how much they already know and then how much they do not yet use their reading of body language sklills. Being able to make use of this additional language skill helps us all in both our business and personal lives.

In addition to helping you devlope or enhance your business communication skills, this session is useful for anyone planning on attending the companion session, "Business Communication Skills: Body Language Knowledge Facilitates Having Fun in Business Meetings and Around the Office (and Elsewhere)".
