    • Serialization is integrated throughout the whole z/OS environment. It is responsible for performance, data integrity, CPU consumption,..., but there is little knowledge of the tools available to understand and monitor what's happening in the z/OS environment. These tools are a huge benefit in getting a grasp on how serialization is affecting Sysplex workload operations.
