    • The IBM Unified Resource Manager, or zManager, provides a set of application programming Interfaces (APIs) to carry out tasks to manage the zEnterprise platform. Using these APIs allows management of the virtual server platforms and the lifecycle of virtual servers running across the zEnterprise to be automated. This session provides an understanding of these APIs, and illustrates an example of their usage via monitoring and discovery functions in IBM Tivoli products.
