Appliances and SOA Security

The WebSphere DataPower appliances can play a useful role in acting as a security gateway for messages (SOA, MQ, etc) coming into the mainframe. This talk will include a brief description of the XS40 and XI50 products, and explain their role as security "sentries." We will review the most common deployment scenario's, and delve into some more complicated scenario's that are not directly supported "out of the box." We will also talk about recent enhancements to provide tighter security integration between DP and Z.
