  • Structured Programming in HLASM (397.6 kB)
  • As applications are developed and evolve to meet new demands, the complexity of altering and maintaining programs increases greatly especially for applications written in assembler.  This session will cover a variety of topics for helping to structure your assembler programs with HLASM including a detailed look into control sections, the location counter, USING statements, type-checking in HLASM and HLASM's Structured Programming Macros.  Using some of the techniques in this session may help you and your organisation to maintain and develop your applications with greater accuracy and at less cost.
