Biographical Sketch: Victor Freyer, Owner of Lemon Bay Computer Service in Englewood, Florida Victor Freyer has over 30 years of information technology experience with Southwestern Bell Telephone, Cisco Systems, Bank of America, and most recently as Vice President at JP Morgan Chase. He has received recognition from the national SHARE Conference for IBM mainframe professionals for presenting its most valuable network technology sessions. Victor received Cisco Systems’ most advanced network certification, Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert in 1995 – a recognition achieved by fewer than one-percent of network professionals. His company, Lemon Bay Computer Service, founded in 2007, provides professional information technology services for individuals and businesses in Southwest Florida.
