  • Cloud Network Security (3.7 MB)
  • Security is the number one concern with use and deployment of cloud-based services. A holistic and well thought out approach to security remains the top defense for cloud services. While server and mainframe based security measures are critical, equally critical are network-based security measures.

This session will detail the elements of network-based security including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), DNS hardening, traffic scrubbing, private VLANs, fault domains, and NetFlow/J-Flow and how they all integrate with one another to protect your cloud-based services.
