This session "takes you by the hand" and helps you avoid the most frequent performance issues, whether it is disk, network or computing performance.  This session will present some simple guidance to complex performance degradations.  These simple rules, which are often low hanging fruit, enable you to avoid situations that easily develop into serious performance problems.  This session along with the Linux performance know-it-all series(which provides an understanding of the tools and associated performance metrics) will give you the understanding you need to spot and fix many performance problems.
