Biographical Sketch: I am one of the founders, CTO and owners of Themis, Inc. Themis is a small company dedicated to providing specialized consulting and training for many IBM products which operate on System z. We also provide specialized software products for use with these IBM products. I have worked at various positions in the IT industry for over 40 years. Working with IBM products like CICS, DB2, WebSphere MQ as developer, system administrator or software developer for a few companies. At Themis I am also responsible for implementation and maintenance for our own System z software used in support of our development efforts. I also provide consulting services on an ongoing basis for a few of our clients. My efforts for these clients are focused mostly around problem solving, capacity and performance management, plus architectural design of system software.
