Biographical Sketch: Neal Bohling began his career in IBM in 2003 in the IBM z/OS DFSMS Level 2 Defect Support Center. After building his background in SMS, his continued work within IBM has moved him across several components. He currently is team lead for the team that supports the VSAM RLS, and TVS components of z/OS DFSMS.
