In this session we will discuss the evaluation of OSA Express Inbound Workload Queuing by the Bank of America Communications Server team. The evaluation was performed to help understand the benefits and costs associated with the deployment of OSA Express Inbound Workload Queuing in the Bank's production environment. At the end of the evaluation the team decided not to implement OSA Express Inbound Workload Queuing at this time. Detailed performance methodology and results will be discussed as well as a comparison with IBM's benchmark.
