  • What's New in GDPS 3.10? (747.3 kB)
  • GDPS is IBM's premier continuous availability and disaster recovery solution for managing z/OS, z/VM and Linux on System z systems and the data for these systems, in and across sites. In addition to the numerous tightly integrated capabilities associated with System z systems and data, GDPS extends its reach to heterogeneous platforms for end-to-end availability and recovery management.  In this session we will provide you with an update on the new features and functions added in GDPS 3.10, the latest release of GDPS which became Generally Available on March 29, 2013, including extended scalability for Global Mirror and Metro-Global Mirror configurations, support for new 4-site topologies, and exploitation of the Live Guest Relocation capability in conjunction with the z/VM Single System Image clustering technology.
