Description: This session will describe Micro Focus PL/I product features and Micro Focus Enterprise Server, which supports execution of “fit for purpose” mainframe PL/I and COBOL programs under control of Micro Focus JES/JCL, CICS, and IMS subsystems across the different zEnterprise architectures. Micro Focus will also provide insight into Micro Focus PL/I’s support of EXEC languages - in particular EXEC SQL using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and IBM’s UDB (DB2). The presentation will be followed by a demonstration.
