CA Mainframe Chorus is an integrated workspace that provides a platform for common functions such as alerting, problem investigation, graphing, and knowledge transfer. Specialized “roles” can plug in to the workspace to support specific IT functions such as database management, security and compliance, performance, and storage management. The Chorus platform and roles are all delivered as a graphical user interface running in a web browser.
In this session, the speaker will provide an overview of the CA Mainframe Chorus for Storage Management role. He will discuss installation and configuration tasks and will show how Chorus can help CA Vantage SRM customers streamline and automate repetitive storage management tasks in ways not possible with the traditional base storage products.
