  • This presentation will give the broad strokes of how we went about creating and running Linux Virtual Hosts on our z114 which boot entirely from LUNs on our XIV storage subsystem. It will show the minimal z/VM setup and will describe in medium detail the configuration to boot and run a Virtual Linux host entirely using the XIV as its disk storage.
