  • Many SHARE members have substantial investments in key applications written in Assembler Language, and may wonder what can be done about modernizing or even converting them.

    This session will briefly describe five alternative scenarios, and show why modernization can be the safest, easiest, and most economical choice  We then describe some easy-to-implement, low-cost, and time-tested techniques for making those applications more robust, more efficient, and more easily maintained.
