The volunteers of the Linux and VM Program would like to welcome everyone to the SHARE conference. This session kicks off a full week of presentations about running z/VM, and Linux. It will include information on the hot topics being explored throughout the week as well as presentation highlights. You'll have a chance to meet the dedicated volunteers who make the LVM program possible and receive guidence for the new SHARE attendee and "seasoned veteran" alike. This is the session to attend to receive a list of all of the Linux and VM sessions, some information about SHARE and the Linux and VM Program organization, please have a chance to ask any questions you may have about how to navigate through the week.
Part of this hour will also be devoted to an open, interactive discussion of questions and/or issues from the floor.
