Biographical Sketch: Lih Wang, an IBM certified Consulting I/T Specialist, has over 25 years of experience in z/OS, DB2 and IMS performance monitoring and tuning with IBM worldwide mainframe customers. The co-author of this session is an IBM DB2 customer Lethika Panicker. Ms. Panicker works at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota as a senior DB2 System Technical Engineer. She has over 13 years of DBA and DB2 experience including installation, maintenance, performance tuning, customization, and troubleshooting of DB2 for z/OS in the Data Sharing environment.
