Biographical Sketch: Richard has been working for Innovation Data Processing for 27 years on the design, development and support of the IAM product. IAM is a high performance indexed access method with a VSAM compatible interface. Prior to IDP, Richard worked at IBM about 5 years on Large Systems Performance Analysis in MVS Development. The first 8 years or his career were spent in a few different positions as an MVS Systems Programmer. He has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
