Biographical Sketch: Tom Hepner is a twenty year veteran of the Tivoli Storage Manager family of products. In addition to developing and presenting new product functionality, as a member of IBM's Advanced Technical Skills team, Tom helps customers troubleshoot storage-related performance issues. Along with his thirty years at IBM, Tom holds BS/MS degrees in Software Engineering.
