Biographical Sketch: Michael Friske has been working in mainframe storage for over 25 years. He has extensive experience with SMS, DFP, ICF catalogs, HSM, DSS, Concurrent Copy, FlashCopy, XRC, PPRC, and several other mainframe storage products. He has also worked with most enterprise disk and tape hardware. Michael has been attending SHARE conferences since 1987, and he has given presentations on many mainframe storage related topics. He has also been an active volunteer at SHARE and held several positions in the SHARE organization.
