During this session, HDS will explain in depth how the Hitachi Dynamic Tiering (HDT) product works in the mainframe and the open environment. HDS will concentrate on the mainframe environment and how HDT interacts with existing storage management tools and techniques. HDS will further explain specific features of the HDT product that enhance storage tiering.
