Biographical Sketch: Amit Kapoor is the director of strategic technology advancement for Tone Software Corporation, a global provider of management solutions for converged telecommunications and IT infrastructures. With over 14 years of experience in telecommunications, Amit’s background includes in-depth experience with TDM, IP,VoIP, and SIP technologies, as well as broadcast video and network QoS for carrier class providers. Prior to TONE SOFTWARE, Amit led the product management, and engineering efforts for ECtel, Inc’s QoS products. Amit holds a B.S. in Biomechanical Engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA from University of Maryland.
