Speaker: Jamie L. Giovanetto(J. Giovanetto Incorporated)

Look around you?  Are people smiling or are they looking unhappy, frazzled or just plain p*****?

What we are doing as our career is serious and demanding work, but it does not mean that we can't have a little fun, a little laughter and a lot of smiles.  Humor absolutely has a place in the workplace.  Not only does it have a place, it is too important to be left to chance.  But it also has to be safe, humane and managed.  This session will cover how to bring such humor into the workplace to both improve morale, reduce stress and improve overall productivity.

Want to go home with a smile?  Want to see your co-workers smile?  Have some personal experiences you can share for others?  Join the session and we'll see if we can all walk out with a smile.
