Biographical Sketch: Robert is based in Columbus, Ohio where he leads Implementation Services for the JPMorgan Chase Chief Development Office. This team is focused on providing firmwide tactical implementation support for open source products and services by assisting in the success of customer adoption through all phases of the SDLC. His responsibilities also include supporting training initiatives, customer lab advocacy, and the development of technical communications. Robert started at JPMC in 2004 and prior to joining the Chief Development Office he specialized in ensuring the performance and modernization efforts of mainframe systems. In 2010 he was recognized as a JPMC Expert Engineer.
