Biographical Sketch: Richard is currently a Product Manager for IBM Rational Software focused on Application Portfolio Management. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Computer Engineering degree as well as nearly 37 years in the business with IBM. Richard has been active in IBM User Groups since 1981.
