Biographical Sketch: Chris Baker is a Senior Software Engineer in the CICS Development group at the IBM Hursley Laboratory. He has over 30 years experience on the CICS product and has design and development responsibilities for CICS scalability and CICS 64-bit support. He is also responsible for the Monitoring and Statistics components and the CICS z/OS WLM support in CICS Transaction Server for z/OS. Chris is a regular speaker at IBM and user group technical conferences and customer briefings.
