Biographical Sketch: Having entered the industry in 1969 (first as an octal programmer then later moving to IBM systems as an RPG programmer) I have worked in most areas of IT, including time spent with IBM as a technical support representative and an O/S instructor, and working as a network specialist/consultant. I joined William Data Systems in 2004 where I now have a variety of roles, not the least of which is representing our products, and presenting, at SHARE.
