Leadership, Leadership, Leadership ... we always here about that side of the 'coin'. But there is another side to the 'coin'. To lead you must have someone to lead ... or looking at it from the other side, there must be someone to follow the leader.
In this session we will explore the other side of that 'coin' as a follow-on to this week's Principled Leadership session. That session was presented by a former Navy officer. This session is presented by a former senior Navy enlisted person. What does it mean to be a principled follower? What responsibility does the follower have to the leader? Results do not just come from great leadership, they are produced by those that are lead.
