Isracard is the largest credit card company in Israel. In the company's effort to consolidate its servers, Linux on System z was chosen as the strategic platform. The lecture will explain the reasons why System z was chosen as the primary consolidation platform. The speaker will talk about the different software and hardware dilemmas, the challenges and the road to production.
