Biographical Sketch: Karla Arndt is the technical team leader of the z/OS Predictive Failure Analysis and Runtime Diagnostics components. She has been instrumental in designing the architecture of PFA and leading her team in the use of this new and state-of-the-art analytics technology that is contributing to a smarter planet. She has also recently been named the team leader of the Runtime Diagnostics where she plans to develop much synergy between the two teams.
