  • This session will share user experiences of dealing with emerging programming methodologies in a legacy mainframe world. The speaker will articulate the pros and cons of migrating parts of a development environment to a Lean / Agile method. This session will help other developers and sysprogs understand the advantages, and where Lean / Agile could fit into their workflow. The speaker will discuss what tools help the team migrate to Lean and Agile and the impact on the software development life-cycle (SDLC).
