  • This session discusses IMS V11 features relating to the use of 64-bit storage.  Topics include log buffers backed by 64-bit real storage, Fast Path Buffer Manager, ACBLIB member caching as well as adaptation to running in a 64-bit environment from a vendor perspective.   Come hear real world experiences of 64-bit programming in an IMS V11 environment and some of the gotcha's when writing 64-bit enabled Assembler code.
