Biographical Sketch: As the Director of Product Strategy at Service-now.com, Matt leads a team that is responsible for positioning Service-now.com’s brand, applications, employees and customers as industry thought leaders. Matt has 13 years of enterprise and data center software experience. Prior to Service-now.com, Matt drove product line strategy at Oracle, Peregrine Systems and most recently Symantec. Matt has participated in multiple speaking engagements around the world on service and asset management, security management, and best practice adoption of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
