Biographical Sketch: Carl Feinberg is founder and Director of Development for Relational Architects International (RAI), a software vendor whose best of breed solutions for z/OS and DB2/z are widely deployed in Global 2000 organizations worldwide. He developed the REXX Language eXtensions (RLX) and Smart/RRSAF products for RAI, served as the design lead for the z/OS checkpoint/restart solution known as Smart/RESTART and authored the White Paper “Beyond Restart and Concurrency: z/OS System Extensions for Restartable Batch Applications”. He’s been involved with mainframes and DB2 for over 20 years and has presented at SHARE and various DB2 events.
