Lunch&Learn: Learn about the best practices based on the enhancements made to IAM in Version 9.2.

Join us for Lunch and a review of recent enhancements to IAM in Version 9.2.  These include support for z/HPF for improved I/O performance, the use of 64-bit virtual storage enabling users to increase the amount of buffering for IAM for better performance, and enhancements to the IAMSMFVS program to aid users in finding VSAM files that are good candidates for IAM.  Conclude with a discussion of the Best Practices with IAM that help users obtain the most benefit from the product.
Bio: Richard Morse is the lead developer for the IAM Product, which he has worked on for the 29 years at Innovation Data Processing. Prior experience includes 13 years of Systems Programming type of positions.  He has a BS degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
