Giving It the Beans: Using IBM MQ as the Messaging Provider for JEE Applications in IBM WebSphere Application Server [z/OS & Distributed]

This session covers interoperability between IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM MQ. It describes the integration choices, and takes a detailed look at the configuration of the IBM MQ Resource Adapter to allow Java Enterprise Edition applications running within the WebSphere Application Server to be driven from messages on an IBM MQ queue, and access additional messaging resources. Best practice advice for more advanced scenarios will be discussed, including high availability and building performance optimised JEE applications corresponding to the use of IBM MQ.
