  • This lab will provide an introduction to IBM Encryption Facility for z/OS and allow attendees to play the part of two business partners who would like to exchange confidential data over an open network.

    Encryption Facility is a host-based software solution designed to encrypt sensitive data before transferring it to tape for archival purposes or business partner exchange. EF supports both the System z and OpenPGP format.
