Effective Mainframe Security Monitoring and Alerting

Our speaker, Mark Wilson, will outline his thoughts on where the industry is currently failing and succeeding when it comes to mainframe security monitoring and alerting. Mark will discuss the traditional tools available, as well as some of the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions that are available, and how mainframe data can be integrated into SIEM solutions or not in some cases.

Most of the session will center around what our security engineering teams should be delivering to the business, to ensure the correct levels of assurance can be placed on our security posture of the mainframe.
