    • This session presents the handling of virtual storage within CICS and the use of the Dynamic Storage Areas (DSA/EDSA/GDSA). An introduction to storage management and associated important control blocks will be reviewed. Possible reasons for SOS are discussed as well possible solutions that can be taken to help avoid the situation from occurring.
