Handouts
  • Session 17366 WAS z/OS What's New (1.3 MB)
  • WebSphere Application Server has two different flavors, the traditional server we've all come to know over the years (affectionally now called T-WAS) and the newer WebSphere Liberty Profile.  Development continues in both servers and we've got all sorts of new things to tell you.  There are even some "Hidden Gems" tucked away you might have missed in the service stream.  The Beta for the Liberty V.Next is available and we'll talk about what's in there, especially for z/OS (and why WOLA isn't called WOLA in Liberty).  We'll also look at any common, recent, or interesting problems Level 2 has run across that you might want to know about.

Tracks: Application Development, Middleware and z/OS Systems Programming
