Biographical Sketch: Dr. Chris Poole is a Senior Inventor and Software Engineer in the CICS Development team at IBM, working on CICS Cloud and DevOps technologies. Prior to joining the CICS team, he worked on IBM's API Management solution, and on software to administer DataPower appliances. Before joining IBM, Chris worked in research, and holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics.
