Biographical Sketch: Uwe joined IBM in 1996 as a software engineer at the IBM zSeries Software Development lab located in Boeblingen, Germany. He was developer, service planner, project manager, and development manager of various projects on System z as well as distributed platforms. Currently he has the role of the WW Product Manager for the IBM Service Management Suite for z/OS and the IBM Tivoli automation portfolio on System z. He has many years of experiences in software development for high availability and automation on System z.
