Biographical Sketch: Ray Mullins has been working with IBM mainframe computers for over 35 years, with almost 25 years in the independent software vendor community. For the past 20 years he has worked in R&D, specializing in systems-level assembler & C programming with z/OS, z/VSE, z/VM, and predecessor operating systems. Mr. Mullins is also knowledgeable in REXX, COBOL, PL/I, and other languages, and has worked with various IBM products at an internal level.
