Biographical Sketch:
Don Vosburg is the son of an IBM APL programmer (Endicott and Owego), and has carried on that legacy in his own way. He has been in the IT industry for over 20 years in a wide variety of roles. Don's experiences as a system administrator, architect, and consultant are augmented by industry certifications from SUSE, Red Hat, Cisco, Novell and others. For the last nine-plus years he has been a Systems Engineer for Novell/SUSE. His area of special concentration has been Linux, where he has been involved in a number of real-world implementations across a broad set of platforms and hypervisors. He has been tapped for presentations at Brainshare, LinuxWorld, SUSECon, CAVMEN, VM Workshop, OhioLinuxfest, and numerous other venues. He has been married to his wife Diane for over 30 years, and enjoys telling stories about his four sons. He lives in Anderson, Indiana, and covers North America as part of a pre-sales technical team for SUSE.
