Biographical Sketch: Greg has experience in computer operations, systems programming, capacity planning, technical education, consulting, and management and has been with BMC Software for 17 years. He is currently the lead technical support analyst for several components of the Capacity Management for Mainframes suite. Greg has been a member of CMG since 1986, and was the co-founder of its Greater Boston chapter.
