Biographical Sketch: As the worldwide product manager for IBM CICS Transaction Server, Andrew is responsible for the strategic direction of CICS TS, including requirements analysis and technology investment areas, in addition to business related aspects of the product, such as the product lifecycle and product pricing. Andrew travels extensively, speaking with customers at various events as well as individually at customer sites across the world. Andrew can speak knowledgeably about all areas of CICS TS. He is especially interested in speaking about - and hearing feedback on - the latest CICS TS V5 capabilities and potential future investment areas. Andrew has worked for IBM in the CICS organisation for almost 15 years. This includes a three year assignment to IBM China in 2007, working with customers across Asia. Andrew has been the CICS TS product manager since CICS TS V4.2.
