Biographical Sketch: Visda joined the Compiler Back-end team of IBM XL C/C++ Compiler brand in 2008. Since then she has applied her software and hardware knowledge to development of the optimizer and code generator engine of the C/C++ compiler on z platform. Visda obtained her BS from State University of New York and her MSEE from Columbia University, New York. She is a licensed engineer in the province of Ontario.
