Biographical Sketch: Ken Hume has over 35 years in the IT Industry. That includes operations, applications programming and systems programming. Ken is the Product Manager for IBM Application Performance Analyzer, the PD Tools CST Representative and is the Client Advocate for the IBM Problem Determination Tools suite.
